Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches and holidays, processing may take a bit longer.

Delivery estimates

After your order ships, delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your label is created.

Tracking updates

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If it hasn’t moved after a few days, reach out and we’ll investigate.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your tee. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and common issues.

What’s your return window?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes—exchanges are available for size or style (subject to stock). If you need a different size, contact us and we’ll help you get the right fit.

What items are final sale?

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.

My order arrived damaged—what should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
